This is Limited Edition Buckle # 290, a solid brass buckle with detailed artwork and darkened accents, made by Award Design Medals. It is in new old stock condition, as shown in the photos it is still sealed in the original packaging. This buckle measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-3/4", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 4.6 oz.
